Level 06 Intensive Care Unit – Cardiovascular

OSHPD-1 tenant improvement project of 23,065 square feet of shelled space within the Bill Holmes Tower. Scope includes 24 ICU rooms with patient toilets, nurses’ work stations at each room with clinical supports services, central nurse station, soiled and clean utility, equipment storage, staff lounge, offices, conference space and family lounge/waiting amenities.
