Tenant Improvement

Scope of work is on the ground level, about 2,570 SF. This is a tenant improvement project located at 1215 E Chapman Ave., City of Orange, CA, to build out office, operating, and support rooms within the existing building.

Provide new automatic, wet fire sprinkler system in accordance with CBC and NFPA 13 throughout the building. Provide new fire alarm system in accordance with CBC and NFPA 72 throughout the building.
